Neil is an entrepreneur who enjoys creating solutions for common problems faced in the enterprise or day to day life of a consumer. He has held many executive roles including CEO of Value Health Solutions which was acquired by PRA Health Sciences, a multibillion-dollar company wherein he served as Vice President of Technology from 2015 through 2017. Neil has a wide range of experience in executive level relationship management, client engagement management, pre-sales, practice development, product development and project delivery of large scale programs. Strong delivery background of many multi million dollars programs and managed large P&L and teams at various geographies including US, Japan, Europe and India. Neil has completed his Master’s degree in Finance from Pondicherry University, India.

Chuck has held a number of executive roles including CEO & CTO of a small SaaS eClinical business and SVP of IT & Development, performing a CIO/CTO function for PRA Health Sciences, a billion-dollar company.  Earlier on, he built and led an engineering team for a small medical imaging company, Nova MicroSonics, that was ultimately acquired by Kodak where he continued to head up engineering on a much larger scale, for their Health Imaging business.

Kellam Warren has been tapped to serve as MGS’s General Counsel and will advise the Company on all legal matters and business strategies. With nearly 20 years of experience, Kellam is a practicing lawyer with a strong entrepreneurial spirit known for creatively helping businesses of all sizes with a broad range of contract, intellectual property, employment, business, and litigation matters. Additionally, as Founder and Managing Member of the law firm of Mainsail Lawyers, Kellam brings to our team the ability to seamlessly leverage the additional experience of a network of experienced business lawyers wherever needed.

Ingrid serves as an MGS advisory board member to help drive the company’s goals and vision. Ingrid has over 20 years of corporate experience specializing in process design, process improvement, and Excellence in Operations Management to consistently create and improve the customer value proposition. Ingrid is very involved in the community and currently serves on the board of directors for a local nonprofit organization as the community service director and treasurer. Her passion lies in providing Atlanta’s youth the leadership skills they need to be successful. She holds several professional certifications including Regulatory Compliance, Six Sigma Green Belt as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Walden University.

Jonathan brings to MGS a strategic mindset honed over the course of more than 30 years in private legal practice, handling disputed matters for licensed professionals; for officers, directors and executives; for airlines and other aviation segments; as well as for the insurance industry.  Jonathan has served in a leadership capacity for one of the oldest and most prestigious racquet sports clubs in the USA. As an advisory board member, Jonathan will focus on the strategic partnerships.

Jonathan is a partner with Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national litigation and corporate law firm with 20 offices in 10 states plus the U.K.  He chairs the firm’s Professional Liability and Aviation Liability Litigation Practice, and is also a member of the Cyber Security and Data Privacy Practice.

Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan is a professional Indian tennis player. He won the doubles title with Rohan Bopanna at 2017 Aircel Chennai Open. Recently Jeevan won RBC Championship of Dallas by beating Leander Paes and his partner Joe Salisbury. His carrier high rank is # 75 in the world as a professional tennis player and # 9 in the world as a junior tennis player. His goal is to regularly compete in the main draw of the four Grand Slam events from 2018 following his successful entry to Wimbledon main draw in 2017.

As an advisory board member, Jeevan would be focusing on introducing the brand Asian market starting with India. Jeevan graduated from the University of Washington and grew up in India. His wide experience in Tennis globally would help the company to understand the nuances of tennis in each market we branch out.
